Are you successful on the outside but exhausted on the inside?
I provide trauma therapy for millennial women and high-achieving professionals struggling with burnout, anxiety, chronic self-doubt, and relationship stress. Many of my clients are helpers, therapists, creatives, and driven professionals who look put together yet feel overwhelmed.
I offer Brainspotting and depth-oriented therapy that addresses the root of anxiety and burnout, not just the symptoms.
Many of my clients struggle with people-pleasing, approval-seeking, and anxiety in relationships. I call this the “golden retriever” pattern. You are loyal, accommodating, and constantly scanning for validation, often at the expense of your own needs. This pattern is common in trauma survivors, high-achieving professionals, and those with anxious attachment.
In our work together, we shift toward the grounded, self-assured energy of the “black cat.” This means developing secure attachment, intuitive self-trust, and healthy boundaries. You will learn how to regulate your nervous system, tolerate discomfort without over-functioning, and validate your own worth rather than relying on external approval.
Trauma therapy is not about becoming cold or detached. It is about building confidence, emotional regulation, and a stable sense of self so you can show up in relationships without abandoning yourself.
This is the work of healing people-pleasing, reducing anxiety, and reclaiming authentic self-worth.
Individual therapy is a collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and may include talk therapy, somatic tools like breathwork or body awareness, or creative approaches such as tarot, astrology, or nature-based practices.
Intensive therapy sessions offer a focused and flexible alternative to weekly appointments—perfect for those with busy schedules, demanding careers, or frequent travel. These extended sessions (two or four hours) are designed to dive deeper into your healing process in a concentrated timeframe, allowing for meaningful progress without the pressure of a weekly commitment.
Tarot is a reflective tool that helps clients explore unconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, and inner conflicts. In therapy, it’s used not for prediction, but as a mirror that reveals deeper layers of the self.
Astropsychology combines astrology with psychological insight, using a natal chart to explore core personality traits, relationship patterns, and life themes. Rather than offering fixed predictions, this approach encourages reflection and self-awareness.
Chakra Balancing is an energy-based practice that helps identify and release blocks affecting emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Through breathwork, visualization, and mindful movement, clients restore flow to energy centers tied to key areas like safety, expression, and intuition.
Shadow work helps clients explore the parts of themselves they’ve hidden or rejected—often shaped by early trauma or messages of shame. By gently bringing these aspects into awareness, clients begin to understand the roots of their pain and reduce self-judgment.
Symbolic rituals are simple but powerful practices that help clients ground, reflect, and honor their inner experiences. These may include opening and closing routines, sensory cues, or meaningful gestures that support emotional regulation and intention.
Nature Somatics blends somatic therapy with connection to the natural world. By tuning into the body while walking outdoors, interacting with animals, or noticing shifts in sensation and breath, clients regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with a sense of presence.
My approach to trauma therapy is warm, holistic, and grounded in the belief that lasting healing happens when we address the emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of your experience. I help millennial women and high-achieving professionals rewire negative thought patterns, heal attachment wounds, strengthen self-trust, and build practical tools for boundaries and nervous system regulation.
In addition to Brainspotting and depth-oriented therapy, I integrate Jungian psychology, shadow work, and somatic approaches to access patterns that traditional talk therapy may not fully reach. For clients drawn to symbolic exploration, I also incorporate tarot, astropsychology, chakra work, and ritual as reflective tools for insight and meaning-making.
Together, we uncover the root of self-doubt, people-pleasing, burnout, and anxiety so you can reconnect with your authentic voice and create lasting change.
